Seyi Onajide is the Managing Director. He started his professional career as an intern with deloitte Haskins & Sells an international firm of Chartered Accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. Subsequently he obtained his Masters Degree in Business Adminstration from the University of Lagos(1998) and now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN).He has attend many management courses locally and internationally including the prestigious Lagos Business School and famous INSEAD, France.Prior to his joining Briscoe in 1998, he had worked with SCOA Nigeria Plc(1990-1993) and 1994-1996) where he became the AGM Finance and subsequently as a Management Consultant to Alchem Industries Limited(1996-1997) and Management Development Associates(1998).He was employed by R.T. Briscoe on Ist of July 1998, appointed the Finance Director in December 2004, Executive Director in chareg of Motor Business in January 2006. In April 2008 he was appointed the Deputy Managing Director, Managing Director- Designate in July 2009 and became the Managing Director in January 2010.
Mr Eguaikhide Olorunfemi obtained a Post graduate Diploma in Business administration and MBA Marketing management from Enugu state University in 1999 and 2001. He is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), an Associate of Nigeria Institute of Training and Development ACITD), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) of Nigeria, Fellow institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FCA) and an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School having completed an Advance Management Program (AMP 28) in 2016. He began his career in 1996, as Client services Supervisor in Shell Petroleum Development Company and between 2003 and 2010 held various Managerial positions in Genesis Group a foremost indigenous Hospitality Group as Assistant General Manager Hotels, Deputy General Manager Human Resources and Information Technology, General Manager Human Resources & Information Technology and finally as General Manager Operations. He had a brief stint as Chief Operating Officer at The Bridge Healthcare Company, Nigeria topmost in-vitro Fertility Clinic. He joined RT Briscoe Nigeria Plc in 2012 as Group Head Human Capital Development where he spare headed the various change and organisational transformation initiatives and in 2014 was redeployed to manage BriscoeFord a Division in the Group with responsibility to oversee the Ford Dealership in Nigeria. He is happily married with Children .
Segun Adeola Adebayo is the General Manager Finance / Chief Financial Officer of R. T. Briscoe Nig Plc. In this role, he oversees the finance, accounts, and control functions of the entire group. He joined the company in 2012 as the Group Head, Strategy and New Business. In this capacity, he developed medium term strategic documents that will drive the ongoing transformation agenda of the company and developed business plans on the already identified new businesses. He doubled as the Chief Strategy Officer and assisted the CEO to effectively manage and discharge the company’s strategy and decision making. Mr. Adebayo has a pedigree spanning through audit, management consulting, accounting and financial control, business strategy for more than seventeen years where he has served in numerous management capacities. After stint for few years as an auditor, he joined Linkserve Limited in 2000, a Pioneer Internet Service Provider in Nigeria where he played a leading role in the accounting system’s restructuring and report standardization. He was in UTC Nig. Plc in 2002 as Senior Manager – Cost and Management Accountant and assisted in the restructuring and positioning of the Foods Division (the only surviving division till date). In October 2007, he was appointed Group Head of Finance & Administration at Cards Technology Limited (a leading financial switching company) and rose to the position of Executive Director/CFO. While at Cards Technology Limited, he ran the business operations and led a technical team of electronic payment experts that developed the first Chip and Pin Credit MasterCard with a leading bank in Nigeria. Segun is a Fellow Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he also possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BSc.), Master of Science in Finance (MSc.) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in general management in 2002. He is also a Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has attended several courses in accounting, assurance services, financial control, business strategy and general management both locally and internationally over the years. .
Kunle Ajifola, a Chartered Accountant, is the acting Managing Director of Briscoe Properties Limited. He joined BPL in February 2009 and was the General Manager responsible for Finance and Administration as well as the Facility Management unit of the company before his appointment as acting Managing Director in April 2015. Mr. Ajifola is a B.Sc graduate in Physics from the Ondo State University (Now University of Ado-Ekiti). Prior to his joining the R.T. Briscoe group, he had worked with Coopers & Lybrand (Now PriceWaterHouseCoopers), Nigerite Limited and Nigerian Aluminum Extrusion Company Limited (NIGALEX) in various accounting and finance positions. Mr. Ajifola is a registered member of the International Facility Managers' Association."
Michael is a graduate of Law of the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He has a post graduate degree in Law and is an Associate of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators, winning the prestigious Best Overall Graduating Student in the Institute’s professional examination in 2007. He is also an alumnus of The Pan African University (Lagos Business School), having undergone the Senior Management Program (SMP) of the institute. He started his professional career as a Counsel-in-Chambers in the litigation law firm of Allan & Ogunkeye in 2000 where he acquired extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property law. He thereafter moved to Equatorial Richfield’s Limited, a solid minerals and Property Development company as a Senior Legal Officer, a position he held until 2007 when he joined Crown Realities PLC, a property investment Company (Developer of Crown Estates, Lekki, Lagos) to head its legal department. As Head of the Legal Department, he was in charge of the day to day activities of the Legal unit and was extensively involved in the verification of titles to land, sourcing of choice locations for property development and investment, including preparation and perfection of title documents. Michael joined R.T Briscoe (Nig) PLC in 2009 as Manager, Legal Services and rose to become the Legal Adviser of the company. As the Legal Adviser, he is in charge of company’s legal portfolio. He is also the Secretary of the Executive Management committee of the Company and the head of the Debt Recovery Committee.
Mr. Ilugbo obtained a B/Tec National Diploma in Business Studies from Harringey College in London in 1989, and a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from North London University, England by 1994. He further did a Master in Business Administration at Middlesex University also in the United Kingdom, between 2002 and 2004. His financial career began in 1996 at Cottrell & Co. Ltd. England, as a Credit Controller, a role he did across various organisations in the United Kingdom, including international organisations such as Osram Plc. and Transport for London (TfL), where he gained most of his experience. Whilst at TfL between 1999 and 2012, he rose to the position of Efficiencies Analyst and held various managerial positions until becoming the Group Services Finance Manager in 2007. He also spearheaded the successful implementation of various projects including a Financial Control Process mechanism to monitor Projects and contracts, which resulted in the enforcement of penalty clauses. He later left TfL in 2012 as a Finance Business Partner. Mr. Ilugbo joined R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) Plc. as a Credit Controller/Risk Manager in December 2012 and was responsible for the reduction of credit risk associated with bad debtors for the organisation. After the implementation of this unit, his marketing career commenced as a Senior Sales Manager in 2014, and he resumed the role of Head, Fleet & Government Business Unit later that year. Mr. Ilugbo is the Business Manager, Abuja since October 2016, and is responsible for the profit maximization of the Branch across all products and services provided by the Organisation.
Mr Chukwu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lagos in 1994 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure in 2002. He became Associate members of Nigerian Institute of Management and National Institute of Marketing in 2003 and 2004 respectively. He began his career in 1994, as a Marketing Officer with Cashcraft Assets Management Ltd. His 22 years broad-based exposure and expertise in the fast paced industries include Globacom, Somotex (Nigeria) Ltd and Routelink Technologies. He joined R. T. Briscoe in July 2013 from Hot FM Radio Station (which broadcasts live from Abuja, across the North Central States of Nigeria on 98.3 FM, South Eastern Part of Nigeria on 99.5 and the South South 96.5 Hot FM), where he was the Chief Operating Officer. In the Briscoe group, he has held various managerial positions including being the Head of Strategy and Marketing between 2013 and 2016. Presently he heads the business in South-East. .
Mrs. Sodipo obtained a Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos in 1993, Postgraduate Diploma (Management) from Abubakar Tafawa balewa University, 2001 and Masters In Business Administration (Human Resources) Lagos State University, 2004.She is currently an Associate member of the Institute of materials handling and supply chain management and a member of the Institute of strategic management, Nigeria. She began her career in 1996, as a trainee engineer at SCOATRAC a subsidiary of SCOA Nigeria Plc and rose to the position of Superintendent before leaving the company in 2001. Between 2001 and 2010, she held the various positions as the Administrative head and programs coordinator within Rehoboth foundation a Nongovernmental initiative. She joined R.T Briscoe Nigeria Plc in June 2010. In Briscoe, she has held various managerial positions including being Head Administration and Logistics within the Industrial equipment Unit, later the Sales Manager for the Material Handling Equipment. She spearheaded the successful takeoff of the warehousing and consultancy service within the Material handling unit. Mrs Sodipo is currently the Material Handling Unit Business Head, she brings to bear her training and wealth of experience to ensure proper oversight over both the sales and the aftersales units. .
Vivian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science & Forestry (Botany) from University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state in 2001. She holds an MBA in International Business Management from Lagos State University and a Senior Executive Management Programme Certificate in Strategic Business Management in 2016 from Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK.She became a Fellow Member Customer Service Institute of Australia in November 2014. She began her career in 2002, as a Sales representative with Grand Hotels Limited, Asaba, Delta state for a few years before she joined Direct On Pc Limited (ISP), Lagos in 2004 to work as a Customer Service Executive and was made the assistant to the Head customer service before leaving in August 2005. In September 2005 she joined Netcom Africa Limited an ISP in Lagos as a Customer Support Supervisor. Her ICT experience spans several years at Netcom Africa Limited where she trained as a VSAT engineer and Customer support trainer for their product resellers. She participated in the TL9000/ISO2000 company ISO certification as a Quality Management Auditor/Subject Matter Expert in customer support operations. She joined Entertainment Highway Limited (HiTV) in November 2007 as the Head Customer Service where she managed the direct customer service environment which includes call center, front desk, customer retention and channel trade sales partners. Her primary focus was to implement business plan and strategies in resolving customers’ complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. She was responsible for managing day to day changing operational needs including staffing, training, implementation of work processes and procedures. Her vast experience in customer support management of channel sales trade partners, served as an advantage to the organization in the concept and design of the Hitv 50agents seated call center launched in June 2009 with full Telephony, Email, Web chat and Social Network Facility. Launch of the first Telesales unit to support sales department and increased revenue. She was part of the Change Management Facilitators to transit Hitv through their Change Management programme in 2010. Vivian joined R.T. Briscoe Nigeria Plc in January 2013 as the Head Customer Service at R.T. Briscoe Nigeria Plc, she is responsible for strategy formulation, customer service processes and systems design for the entire group with responsibility of designing the Briscoe Service Charter and service offering, ensuring that R.T.Briscoe Nigeria Plc delivers the highest level of customer experience possible. .
