<h3 class="half_space">We are delighted to announce that BPL is now ISO 9001:2015 certified!</h3>
<p class="margin10">The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental, international organization who promote worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards. Specifically, the ISO 9001:2015 standard is an international recognition given to organizations who implement a rigorous and effective quality management system.</p>
<p class="margin10">This globally recognized standard ensures that our key services — Property Development (and Building Construction), Facility Management, Project Management, and Property Management (Sales & Leasing) consistently meet the needs of our clients through a reliable Quality Management System QMS).</p>
<p class="margin10">To become ISO 9001 compliant, Briscoe Properties Limited underwent an evaluation process that included Quality Management System (QMS) development, management system documentation review, internal and external audits, assessments and human capital development which were all very successful.</p>
<p class="margin10">In achieving compliance with the standard requirements, we chose a reliable partner – Standard Organization of Nigeria (S.O.N) – a connoisseur and leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification, which delivers high quality services to help companies to meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility particularly in Nigeria.</p>
<p class="margin10">S.O.N reviewed our management system and provided certification to the standard as an independent third-party specialist. This certification provides our clients with independent assurance that our commitment to quality permeates all our business practices. Since quality is an integral part of our strategy, Briscoe Properties Limited commits to constantly monitoring, auditing and updating our processes and procedures to comply with applicable statutory requirements while continually improving of our Quality Management System.</p>
