<strong>Taiwo Omolayo</strong> is a highly accomplished Business Executive with nearly 17 years of progressive leadership experience across the United Kingdom and Nigeria. His career spans strategy formulation, business management, financial oversight, risk management, marketing, and business development, with a proven record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

He currently serves as <strong>Head of Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, and Risk Management at R.T. Briscoe Nigeria PLC</strong>, where he leads the organisation's corporate strategy, spearheads strategic partnerships, drives business development initiatives, oversees enterprise risk frameworks, and champions market expansion efforts that strengthen the company’s competitiveness and financial resilience.

Before joining R.T Briscoe, he served as Group Managing Director of DSK Group, where he provided strategic leadership across hospitality and real estate operations in Nigeria, Ghana, and The Gambia. In that capacity, he delivered sustainable growth, executed expansion strategies, and enhanced profitability through disciplined leadership and strategic execution.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University and has complemented his background with executive development programs in leadership, financial management, business development, and customer relationship management. His professional journey reflects a strong ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex challenges, and consistently deliver measurable results.
