She currently serves as the Group Head, Human Capital Development, where she leads strategic initiatives that enhance employee capability, organizational performance, and leadership development.
Throughout her career, Wuraola has demonstrated a strong passion for structure, efficiency, and people development. Her journey spans key roles that have strengthened her expertise in managing people, processes, and customer-centric operations. Most recently, she served as the Head of Customer Service, Motors Business, where her leadership and commitment to service excellence earned multiple recognition
Under her leadership, the Customer Service team won Gold (2023) and Bronze (2024) in the Toyota Nigeria Limited Customer Service Awards. She was also personally awarded Bronze in the Customer Service Dealer Personnel category (2024)—a testament to her dedication to exceptional service delivery and operational standards..
Wuraola holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from Nexford University and she’s an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State.
